Information you provide
Checkout uses the contact, delivery and billing information needed for your order. Accounts keep native WooCommerce order history. Sell & trade enquiries include your name, email, collection details and any photo link you provide; entries are kept in a private WordPress inbox for review and follow-up.
Device storage and cookies
WooCommerce session cookies maintain your bag. Saved cards, colour mode and motion choices use local storage on your device. Clearing that storage removes those preferences and saved cards. This build does not add an advertising tracker or subscribe you to marketing.
Service providers and retention
The hosting, payment, shipping and email services selected by the merchant may process data needed to operate the store. Their identities, retention periods, applicable legal bases and any international data-transfer details must be recorded before launch; they cannot be borrowed from another store’s Shopify setup. Payment details stay with the configured payment gateway.
