Customs and import charges

Address changes and border issues
We cannot change an international delivery address after dispatch. Contact support@pokemoncardseller.com promptly if an address is wrong. For refused, undeliverable or customs-returned shipments, we assess refunds once the goods return in their original condition; nonrecoverable shipping charges and lawful return costs may apply. This does not remove mandatory customer remedies.
