30-day return requests
Request a return within 30 days of delivery by emailing support@pokemoncardseller.com with proof of purchase and the reason. Eligible goods must remain unopened where applicable, in their received condition and original packaging. Wait for authorization and the return address before shipping.
Costs and exclusions
The buyer pays return delivery unless we agree otherwise or applicable law requires us to cover it. A 10% return fee applies to eligible change-of-mind returns where legally permitted and disclosed before purchase. Opened products and individually sold cards are excluded from voluntary change-of-mind returns unless their listing states otherwise; this does not exclude rights relating to faulty, incorrect or misdescribed goods.
Problems and refunds
Please report damage, missing or incorrect items within 48 hours where possible, with photos. This request does not remove statutory rights. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; providers may take up to 7 business days to display them. Wrong-address returns may exclude original shipping and incur a lawful disclosed fee.
These store rules do not restrict customer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
