Ready-for-pickup confirmation
Allow 1–2 business days for preparation unless the listing says otherwise. Wait for the ready notification, which will give the collection address and available times.
Collecting your order
Bring the order number or confirmation and photo identification matching the order. To authorize another collector, email their name and the order number to support@pokemoncardseller.com before pickup; they must bring identification.
Collection window and changes
Collect within 30 days of the ready notification. Uncollected orders are cancelled and refunded subject to disclosed, legally permitted terms. Request changes before preparation. Inspect the goods at collection; later concerns follow the return policy.
