Release dates and payment
Pre-orders apply only to products explicitly marked as pre-orders. The listing gives the expected release or dispatch date. Payment is taken in full when ordering, through the payment methods offered at checkout.
Mixed orders
An order containing available-stock items and pre-orders waits until all its items are available. Place separate orders if you want available items dispatched earlier.
Changes and allocations
Publisher or distributor changes may affect dates and allocated quantities. If the stated timing cannot be met, we will communicate the revised timing and the applicable option to accept the delay or receive a refund for unshipped items. If we cannot fulfil an allocation, we cancel the affected purchase and provide a full refund.
Requesting cancellation
Contact support@pokemoncardseller.com before the distributor commitment deadline for the product. The cancellation policy applies only where permitted; statutory refund rights are preserved.
