Email support@pokemoncardseller.com with your order number within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellation is available before dispatch when the order can still be stopped. A request is not confirmation; wait for our response.
Cancellation charges
A customer-requested cancellation is subject to a 10% cancellation fee where legally permitted and disclosed before purchase. This applies to available-stock and pre-order purchases. We do not charge this fee when we cancel an order ourselves or where the customer is entitled to a full refund under applicable law.
After dispatch
An order already dispatched follows the return process. Orders that evade published purchase limits or use prohibited automated purchasing may be cancelled; any deduction remains subject to applicable law.
These store rules do not restrict customer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
