When will my order ship?
Our intended processing window for available stock is 1–3 business days. Releases, holidays and unusually busy periods may take longer. If we cannot meet the stated dispatch timing, we will communicate the delay and provide the applicable cancellation or refund options.
How can I track it?
A dispatch email provides tracking when the selected service includes it. Transit time depends on the service and destination; processing time is separate.
How much does shipping cost?
Checkout calculates delivery charges from the destination, package and selected service before payment. Import charges may apply separately.
Can separate orders be combined?
Separate orders are processed separately. We do not combine them into one shipment.
